NOTE: This Bed comes only in un-finished, paint and stain-ready Maple. Cabinet surround is Maple-Veneer Plywood. Doors are Maple.

Do-it-yourself (DIY): All Murphy Bed Depot cabinet systems come with all the hardware you need. Using CNC routers, the wood parts come pre-drilled, making your assembly very do-able with some basic hand tools. The Daytona Panel Bed was an excellent investment and allows the room to be used for office space when there are no guests. Everyone thinks the bed is a cabinet until I pull it down. The quality is excellent. My contractor installed the bed and said it was moderately difficult to install. He felt the instructions and video were very helpful. Customer service with Jessica at Murphy Bed Depot was excellent. I recommend that you get the route protection package and examine the parts once it is delivered, since the parts are heavy. The box was placed by Fed Ex in my garage. We purchased an 8 inch mattress from Mattress Firm, which was very good quality and the perfect thickness. Our guests said the Murphy Bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend Murphy Bed Depot for your space saving Murphy Bed. Purchased September 2021.
