Haven't slept in it yet BUT the Customer service was awesome! Had an issue with the cabinet (crack in the base). Text messaged Customer Service and they responded daily and scheduled a replacement within one week! Delivery was spot on! AND the EASE of putting the unit together was awesome! Watched the video and in less than 30 minutes bed was put together and looks BEAUTIFUL!!!
