"Next Bed" Frame

Downloads & Links: Uninstalling / Moving:
  1. Remove the mattress while holding the frame down.
  2. Carefully raise the frame back up.
  3. Un-attach the leg actuator arms.
  4. With a helper holding the frame vertically, carefully remove the springs using locking "vise grip" pliers.
  5. Lift the bed frame out of the yoke assembly.
  6. Uninstall the yoke assembly from wall/floor.
    Note: If any screws are stripped, they must be replaced with high-strength equivalents before re-installation.

"Panel Bed" Frame

  1. Place moving blankets in front of the cabinet.
  2. Open the bed and remove the mattress while holding the panel down. (Recommend removing handles as well).
  3. With a helper holding the panel, remove the spring covers and lock the panel open using Arm Locks.
  4. Remove bolt #2 from both sides of the frame. Loosen bolt #3 but DO NOT fully remove it.
  5. Remove the panel by tilting the foot inward and lifting up/out. Set aside carefully (Heavy).
  6. Unlock the Lift Mechanism Arms (steel tube required - be VERY careful).
  7. Remove wall mounting screws.
  8. To disassemble: Place front corners on a blanket, tilt onto its face, and disassemble carefully to prevent parts from falling.

"DIY Kit" Mechanism
