• Single/Twin: 39" W x 79"H (recommended clearance no less than 80 inches) x 14"D (Projection into room when down: ~80 inches)
  
• King: 78"W x 84"H (recommended clearance no less than 86 inches) x 14"D (Projection into room when down: ~86 inches)
  
• Note: The Depth and Projection Grow as the Mattress Thickness Increases (Mattress Plus 6-7")
  
  
• Will it fit in a closet?
• A Twin/Single or Double/Full should work in a closet with NO LESS THAN 80 inches of height on the opening and 2 inches extra on the width. Even if the closet is 24-30 inches deep, the opening needs to be NO LESS THAN 80 inches to the lowest point of the opening.

Mattress Support:

• Use plywood to make your own (required). For a King Size Frame, we recommend using 5/8" thick plywood; for Twin Murphy Bed Frames 1/2" thick plywood will be sufficient, allowing for a cut-out area from your plywood at the head of the frame for weldment that is not level with rest of frame
