I love having this sofa and bed in my combo office/guest room! The quality of the sofa cushions, fabric and pillows are excellent, the wood-look pattern of the veneer is beautiful in the room, the mattress is very supportive and comfortable, and the extra shelving and cabinets finish the look. We also got the flexible reading lights which my guests appreciate as well as the USB ports. The functionality is so easy, and I was surprised to find that the sofa is moveable so when I open the bed, I can reposition it in the room if I want to and it can be a chaise lounge of sofa for my guests in addition to having the bed. We hired their installer and he was on time, very professional, experienced and efficient. Well worth the charge rather than trying to DIY!!! I recommended them to my daughter and her husband for one of the library systems to suit their family's needs.

The quality of the bed and cabinet is great and we are pleased with the finished product. The assembly instructions and video were not as clear as they could have been. This caused additional assembly time and calls to the office for assistance. The office was very helpful when questions arose. The assembly instructions could have included an all inclusive list of all the items that were provided. A few items that were provided were not on the list. This would have saved time and frustration when assembling the cabinet and bed.

Very happy with my new sofa bed. Took about 6 hours to assemble with two amateurs. I converted my guest bedroom into a playroom and this is a great option for keeping floor space for the kids, a couch for tv watching and makes it super easy to revert back when guests come.
